Our Services
Premier Consultants provides professional advisory services for Health Care Professionals authorization and visa applications, and same as Study Abroad Consultancy. Please note that our role is strictly consultative. We assist in document preparation and procedural guidance; the final decision regarding any visa, authorization and admission, rests solely with the respective government bodies and their departments.
Limitation of Liability
In accordance with the laws of Pakistan, Premier Consultants shall not be held liable for any loss resulting from changes in international immigration policies, embassy delays, or the outcome of independent appeals managed by the client.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Non-Refundable Consultation Fees
At Premier Consultants, we commit significant time, expertise, and resources to every case from the moment of registration. Therefore:
Registration Fees: The initial consultation fee is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
Service Outcome: As we provide “services of effort” (consultation) rather than “services of result” (guaranteed visas), a refusal by an embassy or authority does not entitle the client to a refund.
Official Bank Transfers: For your security and legal record, all payments must be made to the company’s official bank account. Cash payments or transfers to unauthorized accounts will not be recognized or refunded.
Breach of Contract
We reserve the right to terminate services without a refund if a client provides fraudulent documents or fails to settle any remaining service balances as agreed.
Privacy & Data Security
Your Privacy Rights
We respect the privacy of our clients. In line with Article 14 of the Constitution of Pakistan, we ensure that your personal dignity and the privacy of your data are protected.
Data Handling Protocols
Original Documents: We have a strict “No-Retention” policy. Premier Consultants does not keep original Passports, CNICs, or Educational Certificates. We only require digital copies for processing.
Email Security: We will never ask for your personal email passwords, bank logins, or cloud storage credentials.
Dedicated Application Emails: If your application requires a new email address, you must create it yourself and enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA). You are responsible for changing the password once our submission process is complete.
Marketing: We may use success stories (names and visa copies) for promotional purposes to inspire future applicants, unless a client specifically requests otherwise in writing.
Client Responsibilities
Document Integrity: To ensure the highest success rate, all documents must be provided as high-quality PDF scans. Images captured via mobile cameras or “CamScanner” apps are not accepted as they may lead to application rejection.
Direct Payments: All official fees (Embassy, Institute, or Authority fees) must be paid directly by the applicant using their own verifiable financial instruments. Premier Consultants does not handle or process these third-party payments.
Service Timeline: Our consultancy engagement is valid for a period of limited months from the date of registration.
